I/O for Teens Inc’s mission is to teach teens how to achieve their dreams through a transformative curriculum anchored in the principles of I/O psychology to give them a better understanding of how the science of behavior unfolds in the workplace.

OUR OBJECTIVES
Distribute 8th-12th grade curriculum stemmed in I/O principles
Implement a teacher certification program to teach the foundations of the I/O curriculum
Provide a scholarship program for teens who desire to go to college
Create a community fund for teens who desire to go directly into the workforce
